Overview Of The Companies
1. Lloyd Electric and Engineering Ltd.
This company is involved in two major business segments -

• (i) Engaged in the manufacture of condenser coils and evaporator coils which are used as original equipment in window, package, automotive and split air conditioners.
• (ii) Manufacturing of air- conditioners and electronic goods.

The company is a single largest commercial supplier of the coil to the air conditioner manufacturers. The company's largest market is in India with significant international operations. The company has blue-chip customer base with a remarkable global presence doing exports to Europe, UAE, Australia. The company is also exploring the possibilities of exporting to Middle East and Europe.

2. Fedders Lloyd Corporation Limited (FLCL)
The company has been pioneers in the air-conditioning industry in India and is a well-established name in the Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Industry for more than four decades.

FLCL was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 16th January 1957 by the Punj Group. Later on, the company became a Public Limited Company in December 1992.

Some of the major clients of the company are Indian railways, DOT, MTNL etc. The company has its existing manufacturing facilities at Noida and Kala- Amb, Himachal Pradesh. The products manufactured by the company are a range of products like package ac, roof mounted ac's, chillers, split and window ac division, bus and truck air conditioners, etc.

3. Perfect Radiators and Oil Coolers Private Limited
The company is engaged in the manufacturing of radiators, radiator core, oil coolers, inter coolers, after coolers and other allied product for all types of industrial, locomotive, earth, moving machinery, automobiles & generators, catering particularly to government and original equipment manufacturers.

The dedicated and professional team put their maximum effort towards innovative programs using advanced technology to meet tough challenges. The company has aggressive plans to grow its business on the international platform across the US and Europe.

4. PSL Engineering Pvt. Ltd. :
The major business of the company is to manufacture specialized sheet metal and ferrous or non-ferrous plate fabrication. Achieving a landmark in engineering excellence, it includes a whole gamut of vehicle variants like recovery vehicles ambulances, kitchen containers, bus bodies, jerricans etc.

There are well-establised manufacturing plants at Maneri, near Jabalpur and Noida in U.P. The plants are registered with major govt. departments like DGS&D, New Delhi, DGQA, ministry of Defence, VRDE, Ahmednagar as well as the other government departments.
